New Bloom LLC began with a longtime dream of creating a consignment store where great finds could be given a fresh start. In July 2026, that dream began to take root when the perfect location became available in Downtown Whiteville, North Carolina.

Our mission is to provide our community with stylish, affordable clothing, home décor, and more, while giving local families a convenient way to resell items they no longer need or use.

At New Bloom, we believe there is still plenty of life left in pre-loved things. By giving these items a new home, we hope to reduce waste, support our local community, and give something once loved the opportunity to bloom again. 🌸
